With an interest in many types of music from jazz to pop to bluegrass, Mike has the musical instincts that always produce the tasteful bass line and rhythmic support to Blue Daze. Mike is a fine vocalist, and his baritone gives a fullness to many Blue Daze trios that define the band's sound. Mike's lead vocals on western swing tunes and bass vocals on gospel quartets offer a nice change of pace to each Blue Daze show. A native of Maryland, Mike currently resides in Damascus, MD.
